How to Lose Weight in a Week!

Here's how to lose weight in a week WITHOUT having to follow a strict and boring diet... AND without having to spend your life in the gym working out an hour or more each day. Each person is different, but the more overweight you are, the more weight you should lose. There is nothing hard to what I'm about to share with you, but it does require that you take action. These are only small changes that make a big difference in weight loss. AND... you won't be forced out of your comfort zone.

How to Lose Weight in a Week

Small change #1: Eat a can of black beans everyday

Listen, you're not getting enough fiber. I'd bet on that. The average American gets 9-10 grams of fiber a day. The US government recommends 25 grams a day. Although the US government is usually wrong about everything, in this case they're kinda right.

25 grams of fiber a day is a good start, but it's much better to get 40+ grams of fiber a day.

Regardless, the easiest way I know you can get this fiber is to add a can of black beans to your diet each day. Each can has 25 grams of fiber. There you go. It's all there.

It really fills you up. So for women, I recommend that you eat 1/2 can twice a day instead of the whole can all at once. With the added fiber to your diet, you'll need to drink a little more water as well.

Small change #2: Eat 3 apples a day as snacks

This goes back to the above... fiber. Apples have about 5 grams of fiber each. So 3 of them have 15 grams. Add that to the 25 grams of fiber in the 1 can of black beans and you have 40 grams of fiber daily.

Fiber is key to short term as well as long term weight loss. All this fiber will push out all your undigested and putrified foods that are clogging up your intestinal tract. Not only do you lose that weight, but it opens up things for quicker weight loss after that.

As you can see, these are only 2 small changes. There is no radical overhaul of your diet. Simply add black beans to 2 of your meals and eat a few apples as snacks. Not a big deal.

This is an easy way on how to lose weight in a week.
